Total Eclipse

As many of my friends know, I love Twilight. It wasn't something I expected to like, but it was quite a pleasant surprise. I have read all of the four books (five with the new Novella) and out of all of the books Eclipse is in my favorite, so when the movie came out I had to see it as soon as possible. I had tickets to an 8:35 screening last night and I was super excited.

Before the show my friend Cindy invited me to join some of the women from my old ward. When I arrived at Lisa's house I had no idea that they had thrown together a little pre-screening Eclipse party.

Lisa had put together (with the help of the others) a table of goodies all themed around Twilight. There was Eclipse gum, chocolate covered strawberries, bloody drink, cupcakes, cheesecake and more. It was so fun.

When we arrived at the theater we got drinks in collectors cups and participated in the raffle that was going on in the theater. Unfortunately I didn't win anything but we did have our picture taken with Edward. (Yes we are crazy!) ;o)

Now on to the movie ... this is my favorite story and I have been anticipating the movie for a while now. I can honestly say that it lived up to all of my expectations and then some. In my opinion this is the best of the films so far and is definitely worth seeing. If anyone wants to go, I would totally be willing to go again. Just give me a call.
